Grappa Delicata Chardonnay Mueller-Thurgau 41Vol. 700ml, Marzadro

Grappa obtained from two marcs of white Trentino grapes, Chardonnay and Mller-Thurgau. Distillation is carried out slowly according to the hot water bath method in a discontinuous steam still. This preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines and guarantees optimal results in terms of aromas and fragrances.

Chardonnay is a grape variety grown in the suitable areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 metres above sea level. Mller-Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some areas of the high hills of Vallagarina and in Val di Cembra. By skilfully combining these two varieties, we obtain "Delicata", a grappa with a typically grassy fragrance and a gentle, fresh and particularly elegant structure.
