The Aceto Balsamico -dal 1891- matures for 3 years in oak barrels to develop its soft bouquet and full body. They complement each other in a harmonious balance. The sweet taste of cooked must merges with a pleasant woody note, giving the palate an intense emotion, with an aftertaste of vanilla. Ideal for preparing cooked and raw vegetables, risotto and savoury cakes, meat and fish as well as fresh fruit and ice cream. To be used only raw, it finishes and enhances any dish.
Ingredients: boiled down grape must, wine vinegar, contains natural sulphites, from vinegar fermentation, acidity: 6%. Possible sediments at the bottom of the bottle are a guarantee for the naturalness of the product.
