The Crema di Pistacchi di Sicilia is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of pistachios. Obtained from a plant native to the Middle East that grows spontaneously and luxuriantly on the slopes of Mount Etna, the great Sicilian volcano, pistachios have always been known for their nutritional properties.

From the traditional processing of Sicilian pistachios, a paste is obtained that keeps intact all the valuable organoleptic properties of this fruit. The skillful mixing of this pasta with alcohol, water and sugar awakens a creamy, round, enveloping liqueur with intense and intoxicating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. The addition of grappa gives this product the finishing touch and an unmistakable aroma.
