Eligo dell Ornellaia - Grappa Riserva, produced from Ornellaia grape marc and matured exclusively in Ornellaia casks, illustrates how uncompromising selection procedures in the vineyard and in the winery are crucial for the distillation of high-quality grappa. After gentle distillation in small copper kettles, Grappa matures in used Ornellaia barrels for at least three years (twice as long as prescribed) before being blended with older grappas to gain additional depth and character. Processed in one and the same distillery, this grappa is a guaranteed traditionally produced noble brandy.

Strong golden yellow Grappa from exquisite pomace of Ornellaia Rosso. In the glass unfold wonderfully fruity aromas with elegant structure and fine woody notes. It owes its harmony and personality to maturing in oak barrels.
