An intense nose of cassis with floral notes and black olives is enhanced by balsamic depth. The palate is juicy, lively and youthful. The tannins seem grainy, extracted, yet to condense but ripe, with a crisp, balancing acidity. The sweetness of the fruit, which is a little confectionary, is balanced by a slightly bitter finish.
