The Anforina line represents a collection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP that recalls the ancient Modenese tradition of preserving your own balsamic vinegar in elegant glass amphorae and using it as a gift for your loved ones. Each amphora consists of 1 silver medal, 2 and 3 gold medals and is hand sealed with cord and wax and stored in a sophisticated hat box.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar, acetic acid: 6%.

Maturation:In barriques, with the addition of already matured balsamic vinegar from batteries of centuries-old barrels.
