A fruity, light balsamic vinegar made from the must of Trebbiano grapes and very old wine vinegar. This balsamic vinegar is made according to an old traditional procedure of the Giusti family. It matures in barrels of French oak with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar. Recommended for seasoning sauces, roasted and grilled meats, vegetables or even omelets.
