Grappa Antica Cuve Barrique - 43Vol. 700ml, Nonino

The aging of the finished distillate takes place in small wooden barrels, which deliberately change the sensory profile, both through the oxygen that penetrates through the pores of the wood and through the contact with the substances that slowly pass from the wood to the distillate and enrich it. Nonino does not add caramel for coloring and flavor enhancement.

AnticaCuve is an extravagant grappa blend. Storage takes place in small casks made of Limousin and ex-Sherry oak. Amber in colour, very aromatic, it smells of spices, croissant and candied fruit, vanilla and bitter almond. Fruity, warm, velvety and long-lasting on the palate.
