Grappa Optima Barrique - 41Vol. 700ml, Nonino

Grappa made from pomace of white and red grapes from Friuli, which is delivered freshly harvested and destemmed immediately and placed in stainless steel vats. There, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, in an anaerobic environment. Nonino is distilled in the traditional way in a steam still. The Grappa Optima matures in Limousin barriques for 12 to 18 months.
