This Arneis enchants with its soft and refined aromatic profile, combining delicate floral notes with fresh fruit aromas.The vinification process is carried out with great care: whole grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest. This is followed by a natural cold static decantation for 24 hours, without the use of fining agents or enzymes. The clear must is then transferred into stainless steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 C, with fermentation lasting approximately 10 to 15 days. The wine then matures for 5 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and elegance.On the palate, the Arneis is fresh, harmonious, and pleasantly smooth, with a fine structure and lively acidity.
