Shining straw yellow and perlage of remarkable length. Bouquet: impressions of apples, supported by notes of cookies and lemon. In the notes of ripe fruits pleasant hints of bread crust can be seen, which are due to the over three-year yeast warehouse. Taste: Fresh and lively taste, precious by the velvety softness of the perlage. The typical fruity notes of Chardonnay are accompanied by the scent of yeast.
