Solaia Toscana IGT - 2017 - Antinori, Marchesi

Solaia 2017 is an intense, deep ruby ??red. The nose is captivated by the intense notes of ripe dark fruit with hints of blackberries and blackcurrants alternating with balsamic notes of fresh mint and myrtle. The bouquet is completed by refined spicy aromas of white pepper and toasted notes of cinnamon and cocoa powder. On the palate, the wine is rich and enveloping; the soft, velvety and vibrant tannins give the finish length and persistence to the aftertaste, in which the toasted notes perceived on the nose return.
