Bertani Ripasso is an intense, engaging wine, soft and fruity. It is produced with the technique of secondary fermentation of Valpolicella on the marc of Amarone and Recioto, to which Bertani also adds a small amount of semi-dried berries, which gives the wine more intense fruity notes and a particular freshness.

The Ripasso Bertani matures for 9 months in French oak barrels and has a typically fruity intense bouquet. Thanks to the Ripasso technique used here, this wine gains a great structure, a full body and its typical intense fruity aroma.
