The Soave Classico Santi is a refined white wine from the heart of the classic Soave area. Made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, it owes its particular elegance to the careful selection of grapes from highly suitable mid-hill vineyards. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains cool on its lees until spring, without malolactic fermentation, preserving its freshness and clear aromatic profile.In the glass, it displays a deep straw-yellow colour. On the nose, it is intense and refined, with fresh elderflower fragrance, notes of exotic fruit and a hint of acacia honey. On the palate, it is savoury, harmonious and elegant, with good body and a long, persistent finish. Ideal with Venetian classics such as baccal mantecato or roasted guinea fowl, as well as pasta dishes, fish and white meats. Contains sulphites.
