Protection of minors

1. Italvino.eu enters into contractual relations only with customers of full age. Insofar as certain products due to the provisions of the Youth Protection Act may only be delivered to adults, these products can only be accepted by the adult customer. In such cases, the logistics company commissioned by us will be instructed to check whether you are of age on the basis of your ID. Therefore, please have your ID ready when ordering such products.

2. as far as not of age persons cause orders under indication of wrong facts and/or without permission of their custody and/or agency-entitled full-aged responsible persons, Italvino.eu revokes these contracts hereby in principle precautionarily in accordance with § 111 BGB.

3. if Italvino.eu receives positive knowledge of an order, which was placed by giving false information, especially age, Italvino.eu reserves the right to initiate criminal proceedings in addition to the above-mentioned revocation according to § 111 BGB. The minors or young persons entitled to custody and/or representation who order under false information shall be liable to Italvino.eu in accordance with the statutory provisions for Italvino.eu for all damages arising from the orders placed under false information. This also includes the indemnification of Italvino.eu from any claims Italvino.eu may have arising from the obligation of the customers of clause 1.
