Grappa di Barolo 9 Jahre gereift 50Vol. 700ml, Marolo

The Grappa di Barolo matures for 9 years in small oak and acacia barrels. Its colour is clear amber, its aromatic bouquet is exceptionally broad and well structured, starting with fruity aromas of dried fruit, stewed fruit and sultanas. Floral aromas are also found, merging into honey scents. Another distinguishing feature, which comes from the long ageing, is the spicy range dominated by the scent of the wooden barrel, which also gives this grappa notes of cinnamon, tobacco and liquorice. With a vanilla finish, the Grappa Barolo 9 years is soft on the palate despite its high alcohol content.
