Grappa di Barolo 12 Jahre gereift 50Vol. 700ml, Marolo

The Grappa di Barolo matures for 12 years in small oak and acacia barrels. Its colour is clear amber, its aromatic bouquet is extraordinarily broad and well structured, starting with fruity aromas of dried fruit and candied fruit. Floral aromas are also found, merging into honey scents. Another distinguishing feature, which comes from the long ageing, is the spicy range dominated by the scent of the wooden barrel, which also gives this grappa notes of pepper, liquorice, tobacco and clove. With a vanilla finish, the Grappa Barolo 12 years is soft and supple on the palate despite its high alcohol content.
