Grappa distilled from the three typical grape varieties for Amarone (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara), with a fine and decisive bouquet and pleasantly harmonious taste that lingers long on the palate. The grappa, obtained through the Bagnomaria distillation of marc in a discontinuous still, is aged for at least 36 months in small oak barrels with a capacity of 500 litres. During the maturation period, the master distiller follows the evolution of the blend with great attention, monitoring the flavours and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.

Aroma: broad, decisiveTexture: velvety, long-lasting.

Ageing: 36 months
